1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Celvio ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase of a valid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to 2 (two) Macs owned or controlled by you.
License Types
- Yearly Subscription: Valid for one year from purchase date. Automatically renews unless cancelled.
- Lifetime License: Valid for the lifetime of the Software, including all major version updates.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or transfer your license
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not warrant that the Software will prevent all battery degradation or extend battery lifespan. Battery health is affected by many factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update the Software and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
